Dean Pedalino, REALTOR®, RPh CPh FASCP
Dean Pedalino, R.PH., C.PH., is a highly accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in institutional pharmacy management, pharmacy consulting, and real estate. He has played a key role in growing and managing pharmacy operations across various sectors and has expanded his expertise into real estate, property management, and pharmacy transactions.
Most recently, Dean served as CEO and Managing Partner of Pharmetrics Specialty Rx, a non-sterile compounding company, which achieved $14 million in revenue within its first 18 months. During this time, he also launched five pharmacies across three states. Prior to this, Dean was the Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.) at Executive Pharmacy Services, a multistate long-term care pharmacy that served 6,000 patients.
In addition to his extensive work in pharmacy, Dean is a licensed real estate professional, helping with property management, and assisting with the buying and selling of pharmacies. His experience also includes supporting pharmacy startups, providing a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and real estate aspects of the business.
Dean has also served as a consultant to two Fortune 500 companies, offering his expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. A graduate of St. John’s University, College of Pharmacy, he is an active member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP), where he contributed for 8 years on the Government Affairs Committee. Dean is the Past President of the Pinellas Pharmacy Association and serves on the board of directors for the Florida Pharmacy Association, demonstrating his deep commitment to advancing the pharmacy profession.
